Himalayan University (HU) is a Private State University established by Jean Foundation, New Delhi, a Non-Profit organization involved in the field of education. One of the Directors of the foundation Mr. Hemant Kumar Goyal founded the University. With his efforts, HU was eventually established in the year 2013 by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh as per Section 2(f) of UGC Act 1956. Himalayan University is recognized by the UGC - University Grants Commission under Section - 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 and hence empowered to impart higher education at all different levels be it undergraduate or postgraduate. HU was established to boost the education system while offering new methods of imparting higher education. The university offers almost all the course in various disciplines from engineering, marketing, medical, media, pharmacy, education, law, nursing, agriculture, pharmacy and many more.

Himalayan University Undergraduate Admission 2019

Himalayan University offers various Undergraduate courses in different specializations. Students should have passed 12th (10+2) in the relevant stream to be eligible to apply.

Students who wish to apply for the UG programs at Himalayan University may do so by downloading the form from the website, and then sending the form to the designated address.

Admission to the Undergraduate programs is done on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination. Selected Students must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.

Himalayan University Postgraduate Admission 2019

Himalayan University offers multiple Postgraduate courses in different specializations. Students should have a graduate degree to be eligible to apply.

Admission to its PG programs is done on the basis of performance in qualifying examination, i.e. UG degree level. Selected Students must provide all original documents for verification for final admission to be processed.

Himalayan University Ph.D. and M.Phil Admission 2019

Himalayan University also offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. and M.Phil research programs in different specializations. The minimum eligibility to apply is a Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant field.

Admission to the Ph.D. program will be made through the Research Entrance Aptitude Test (TREAT) and interviews as per Ph. D. regulation of the university.
