Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University formerly known as Shekhawati University is a newly established public state university situated in the village Katrathal of the Sikar district of the Indian state Rajasthan. University is planning to start post graduation courses in the faculty of social sciences from the start of academic session 2014-2019 to cater the needs of students in Sikar and nearby districts.
