BHU Exam Admit Card / Hall Ticket Download

The Admit Card for the Written Exam for each course is expected to be released online few weeks prior to the date of the written examination. The Admit card shall contain the information about the student’s name, roll no. photograph, exam center and date/time of the exam. Students can download the admit card from the official portal of Banaras Hindu University. The Students shall strictly carry the Admit card to the Examination center as indicated on the Admit Card. No Student will be allowed to appear in the written test if he/she does not possess a valid Admit Card.

Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Admission through UET 2019

At Undergraduate level, BHU proposes various specializations under 10 courses such as BA (Hons), B.Com (Hons), B.Sc (Ag), B.P.Ed, BPA, BFA, B.Sc (Hons), Shastri (Hons), Bachelor of Vocational Programmes and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed/B.Ed Special). The duration period depends upon the nature of courses.

For admission in B.P.Ed and B.Ed, aspirants must possess the graduate degree in relevant discipline. Furthermore, the eligible Students will have to appear in common entrance test named UG Entrance Test (UET) organized by the university.

Banaras Hindu University LLB and BA-LLB. Admission 2019

BHU also offers BA.LLB and LLB courses to the aspiring aspirants who want to pursue their career in the field of Law. The duration of BA.LLB and LLB are 5 years and 3 years.

In order to seek admission in BA.LLB, aspirants must have qualified 12th (10+2) level or equivalent in relevant discipline. The eligible Students need to appear in UG Entrance Test (UET) organized by the university. The total number of seats available is 60.

The applicant who has obtained 12th (10+2) through open Universities System directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies shall not be eligible for admission to 5-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)

The SC/ST Students seeking admission to LL.B Course/B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) must have scored at least 40% marks in the aggregate considering all the subjects in the Qualifying Examination

For OBC and PC Students there will be a relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination in minimum eligibility requirements, in comparison to general category Students

Banaras Hindu University Postgraduate Admission through PET 2019

BHU offers several courses like Acharya, MA, MPA, and MBA in various specializations at Postgraduate level. The duration for each of the courses is two years. Admission in the above-mentioned courses is based on the marks scored in PG Entrance Test (PET) organized by the university.

At Postgraduate level, BHU also offers several courses like M.Sc, M.Li.Sc MCA and M.Tech in various specializations. The duration is two years except for MCA (3 years). Admission in the above-mentioned courses is based on the marks scored in PET organized by the university.

At Postgraduate level, BHU also offers Vocational Courses like LLM, M.Com, MFA, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, and MABM. The duration for each of the courses is two years. Admission in the above-mentioned courses is based on the marks scored in PET organized by the university.

Banaras Hindu University Ph.D. and M.Phil admission through RET 2019

At Research level, BHU offers the Ph.D. course in many specializations. In order to seek admission, Students must have studied and passed Master’s degree in relevant discipline. Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in Research Entrance Test (RET) organized by the university.
