Jharkhand Para Teacher Educational Qualifications:

Assistant Teacher (Class 1 to 5) – Intermediate Trained Assistant Acharya	Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent from a recognized board and fulfill any one of the following qualifications: 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). or 10+2 with minimum 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE Regulations, 2002 (2007–09 batch). or 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). or 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). or Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). Candidates must also have qualified JTET. Jharkhand domicile candidates who have qualified CTET or a Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by a neighbouring state are also eligible, provided they qualify JTET within three years of appointment.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Science & Mathematics	Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 3 years) in Science/Engineering/Technology with the prescribed subject combination. At the 10+2 level, candidates should have studied at least two of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, or Zoology/Biology. Additionally, candidates must possess any one of the following teacher education qualifications:  Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.). or Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. or  Graduation with minimum 45% marks and B.Ed. as per applicable NCTE Regulations. or 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed. or 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and 4-year B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. Integrated Programme.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Social Science	Candidates must possess the educational qualifications prescribed by JSSC for Social Science teachers, including the required graduation in the relevant discipline along with an approved teacher education qualification (D.El.Ed./B.Ed./Integrated Teacher Education Programme) as specified in the official notification.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Language	Candidates must possess the prescribed graduation in the relevant language subject along with the required teacher education qualification (D.El.Ed./B.Ed./Integrated Teacher Education Programme) as notified by JSSC.

 JSSSC TET Requirement (Subject-Wise)

Jharkhand domicile candidates who have qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by neighbouring states are also eligible. However, if selected, such candidates must qualify JTET within three years of appointment at the first available opportunity.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Mathematics & Science	Candidates must have qualified the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) for Classes 6–8 in the Mathematics & Science subject group. Jharkhand domicile candidates who have qualified CTET or the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by neighbouring states are also eligible, subject to qualifying JTET within three years of appointment.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Social Science	Candidates must have qualified the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) for Classes 6–8 in the Social Science subject group. Jharkhand domicile candidates who have qualified CTET or the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by neighbouring states are also eligible, subject to qualifying JTET within three years of appointment.
Assistant Teacher (Class 6 to 8) – Language	Candidates must have qualified the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) for Classes 6–8 in the respective Language subject. Jharkhand domicile candidates who have qualified CTET or the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by neighbouring states are also eligible, subject to qualifying JTET within three years of appointment.

JTAACCE Age Limit
