  • No Objection Certificate (NOC): Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, Quasi-Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or any institution funded by the Government must obtain and upload a valid NOC by 18th August 2026.   • OBC (NCL) Certificate Validity: The certificate must be issued between 1st April 2026 and 13th August 2026 and be valid for the financial year 2026-2027 based on income up to 31st March 2026.
