BPSC Exam Pattern 2026

The BPSC selection process consists of three distinct phases: the Preliminary stage (150 marks, qualifying), the Mains exam (900 marks total: General Hindi, two GS papers, and one optional subject), and the final Interview (120 marks). The detailed exam pattern is outlined below:

The Preliminary written examination features an objective (MCQ) format. Candidates must answer 150 questions within a 2-hour timeframe, with a total weightage of 150 marks.

BPSC Mains Exam Pattern 2026
