BTSC Physical Verification 2026: Schedule for Staff Nurse & Dentist Released

The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has formally released the physical verification schedule for the 2026 recruitment cycle regarding Staff Nurse and Dentist vacancies. This notice is specifically for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates who qualified for the Computer Based Test under Advertisement No. 23/2025 (Staff Nurse) and Advertisement No. 20/2025 (Dentist).

This mandatory verification process is managed by a Medical Board established by the BTSC at its Patna headquarters. It is a critical step for applicants seeking disability reservation benefits. Candidates listed in the official PDF must attend in person on their designated dates; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their PwD reservation claim.

BTSC Physical Verification Dates 2026

This announcement follows the successful completion of the primary recruitment phases. Regarding the Staff Nurse recruitment, BTSC aimed to fill 11,389 vacancies for the Bihar Public Health Department. Following the written exams in July and August 2025 and the results published on December 10, 2025, the final selection hinges on a combination of exam performance (75%) and professional experience (25%).

The selection process for Dentist roles involved a competitive examination held on May 2, 2025, following a March–April 2025 application window. Shortlisted candidates who claimed PwD status during the application phase are now required to validate their eligibility through this official physical verification process.
