Caution While Filling CTET Sep 2026 Online Form
Accuracy is paramount when submitting your CTET September 2026 application. Please observe the following guidelines to prevent errors or the potential rejection of your candidacy.
- Do not submit more than one application. If a candidate submits multiple applications, their candidature will be cancelled and they may be debarred from future examinations. No communication will be sent in this regard.
- Enter Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Date of Birth exactly as mentioned in your Class X Certificate. No correction request will be accepted after the correction window closes.
- Upload only clear and recent scanned Photograph and Signature in JPG/JPEG format as per the specified size and dimensions. A blurred or incorrect photo may cause problems at the exam centre.
- Do not select the wrong paper. Choose Paper I for Classes I–V, Paper II for Classes VI–VIII, or Both if you wish to teach at both levels. Candidates applying for Paper II must also select their subject (Mathematics & Science or Social Science) – failing to do so will result in application rejection.
- Double-check your Mobile Number and Email ID before submitting the form, as all CTET alerts, updates, and admit card information will be sent only on the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Pay the fee only through online mode (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking). Fee paid through any other mode like demand draft or money order will be rejected. Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Note down your Registration Number / Application Number carefully after form submission. CBSE will not be responsible if a candidate loses their registration number.
- Take a printout of the Confirmation Page after successful fee payment and keep it safe for future reference. You are not required to send it to the CTET unit, but it is important for your own records.
- Make corrections only within the given window (15 June to 18 June 2026). After the correction window closes, no changes will be accepted under any circumstances, even through offline mode or email.
