  • UR / OBC (NCL) / EWS Candidates: ₹2500 (Non-refundable)
  • SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / Female / Transgender Candidates: ₹1500 (Refundable after appearing in the examination, after deduction of applicable bank charges)
  • Mode of Payment: Fee can be paid online only through Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or UPI. No offline mode is accepted.
  • Candidates already employed under the Government after availing Ex-Servicemen benefits will not be eligible for fee refund.
  • Fee once paid will not be adjusted against any other post/exam under any circumstances.

DDA Sectional Officer Horticulture Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Section Officer (Horticulture) position under DDA Recruitment 2025, candidates must strictly adhere to the specified educational and professional eligibility criteria.

  • Nationality: A candidate must be either:
    (a) A citizen of India, or
    (b) A subject of Nepal, or
    (c) A subject of Bhutan, or
    (d) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January 1962, with the
    intention of permanently settling in India, or
    (e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka,
    East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania
    (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and
    Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry from a recognized University or Institute, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as on the closing date of application i.e. 05 November 2025.

Age relaxation benefits are provided to eligible candidates in accordance with standard government norms.
