What are the Stages of the Selection Process?

The selection for the Junior Programmer post is conducted through Hartron’s established empanelment system for IT professionals, which includes the following key stages:

1st Test Domain Knowledge (MCQ, computer-based)

Training (after clearing 1st test & document verification)

  • About 50 hours of training at Ambala or Gurugram labs, to be completed within ~1 month.

2nd Test – Practical/Project Test

  • Allowed only if training is completed with ≥75% attendance.
