HRRL Probation & Bond

Appointed candidates will undergo a one-year probationary period from their date of joining. Upon successful completion of this period, candidates will be eligible for confirmation in their roles, subject to HRRL company policy.

A portion of monthly emoluments (Rs. 3,000 for E0; Rs. 5,000 for E1-E5) will be retained during the probation period. This retention amount will be released after three years without interest.
