HRRL Probation & Bond
All selected candidates will undergo a mandatory one-year probation period. Upon successful completion of this term, candidates will be considered for permanent confirmation in accordance with HRRL corporate policy.

A monthly retention amount (Rs. 3,000 for E0; Rs. 5,000 for E1-E5) will be deducted from emoluments during probation. This amount is released after 3 years without interest. Resignation prior to the bond period completion will trigger the HRRL Service Bond Policy.
