Age Limit

- Professor: There is no upper age limit for appointment. However, the normal retirement age is 65 years. Faculty members retiring at 65 years from a medical college/institute may be considered for re-employment up to 70 years, as per existing Government of Uttar Pradesh rules.
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Candidates must not exceed 50 years of age as on the last date of submission of the online application form.
