Maharashtra CHO Salary 2025

The Maharashtra CHO role offers a competitive salary package, supplemented by performance-based incentives. Selected candidates will undergo a 12-month certificate training program prior to their formal contractual appointment within the NHM Maharashtra framework.

  • During Training: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/- during the 12-month certificate training period.
  • After Appointment: Upon successful completion of training and appointment as a Contractual Community Health Officer at Ayushman Arogya Mandir Sub-Centers, candidates will receive a fixed salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month, along with an additional work-based remuneration of up to Rs. 15,000/-
  • For Remote/Tribal Areas: Those posted in remote or tribal regions identified by the state government will also be eligible for an additional incentive of Rs. 15,000/- based on extra work performance.
