NCL Electrical Supervisor Selection Process

Retired Non-Executive employees selected for these roles will receive a fixed monthly remuneration equivalent to 50% of their last drawn wages (Basic + VDA + SDA), rounded to the nearest ten rupees. Please note that these engaged retirees are not eligible for standard employee benefits under the company’s regular wage agreements.
