NPCIL Salary Structure 2026

The compensation package for NPCIL 2026 recruits includes a competitive basic salary supplemented by Dearness Allowance, performance-based perks, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension, Leave Encashment, comprehensive medical coverage, and insurance benefits for both employees and their families.

Training Bond Amount Rs. 5,07,000/- (Indemnity bond/bank guarantee for 5 years)
Bond Breach Consequence Amount repayable equivalent to the total stipend plus the book allowance actually received
