Candidates must possess the ability to read, write, and speak Odia fluently, along with meeting all other specified criteria.

  • Passed the Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject, OR
  • Passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as the medium of instruction in non-language subjects, OR
  • Passed Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VII or above, OR
  • Passed the Odia language test of Middle English School standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.
