PNB LBO Application Fee

The application fee for the PNB LBO exam is non-refundable. Please note the following payment details:

PNB LBO Eligibility

Eligibility criteria include nationality, age limits, educational qualifications, and professional experience. Refer to the official notification for the complete requirements detailed below.

Nationality

Eligible applicants must be Indian citizens or meet the criteria set by the Government of India, including subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, Tibetan refugees settled in India before 1 January 1962, or migrants from specified countries holding a valid eligibility certificate.

Age Limit (As on 1/7/2026)

Candidates applying for the Local Bank Officer role must be between 20 and 30 years of age.

Applicants must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India. The final mark sheet must be issued by the date of registration.

Local Language Proficiency

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and speak the local language associated with the state for which they are applying.

Experience (As on 9/8/2026)

A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in the Clerical or Officer cadre of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB is mandatory. Based on past experience, candidates may be eligible for up to two advance increments per bank policy.

PNB LBO Selection Process

The PNB Local Bank Officer 2026 selection process involves the following stages:
