Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
The required educational qualification must be completed on or before the last date of the online application.
Applicants awaiting their final results or who have not completed their degree by the closing date are not eligible to apply.

A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, or
