Weight Standards

Special Rules in SSC CPO Physical Test 2026

Special exemptions exist for ex-servicemen, along with specific guidelines regarding tattoos and pregnancy-related protocols. Further details on these regulations are provided below:

Ex-Servicemen:

Ex-servicemen are exempt from the Physical Endurance Test (PET). However, they must still pass the Physical Standard Test (PST) and the subsequent Detailed Medical Examination (DME). No relaxations are provided for height or chest measurements for ex-servicemen.

Pregnancy Rules for Female Candidates:

The SSC maintains inclusive policies for pregnant candidates. If a candidate is pregnant at the time of the physical test, she is temporarily deferred rather than permanently disqualified. Tattoo Rules:
