UCSL Selection Process 2026
Assistant Manager
Selection Process: Comprises an Objective Type Test (50 marks), a Personal Interview (20 marks), and a PowerPoint Presentation on work experience (30 marks), totaling 100 marks. The test consists of 50 MCQs (General Knowledge 10 + Subject 40) with no negative marking. Qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS and 40% for SC/ST.
Supervisor
Phase Structure: Phase I features a Written Test (Objective 40 + Descriptive 40). Phase II includes a PowerPoint Presentation (20 marks). The objective test covers General sections (Knowledge, English, Reasoning, Aptitude) and discipline-specific questions. Qualifying marks apply.
Office Assistant & Store Keeper
Evaluation Criteria: Selection involves an offline Objective Test (70 marks) and a Descriptive Test (30 marks). Only those meeting the cutoff in the objective section will have their descriptive papers evaluated.
Draftsman & Technician
Trade Test Details: Phase I is an offline objective test (30 marks) covering general subjects and trade knowledge. Phase II consists of a practical assessment (70 marks) in the relevant trade.
Passing marks for Workmen roles are 50% (Unreserved), 45% (OBC), and 40% (PwBD). Candidates will undergo document verification, and final rankings will be based on aggregate performance. Please note that no TA/DA will be provided for the selection process.
