What is One Time Registration(OTR)?
One-Time Registration (OTR) is a centralized portal designed to store candidate details—including personal, educational, and category data—in a single secure profile. This initiative saves significant time and effort, removing the need for applicants to re-enter their details for every new job advertisement published by the board.
How to Fill OTR Registration Form?
Follow these essential steps to complete your registration:
- Visit the official UPSSSC website.
- Click on the “One Time Registration 2026 Form Link” option on the homepage.
- Select “Do You Have a PET 2025 Registration Number?”
- Choose “Yes” if you have a PET 2025 Registration Number; otherwise, select “No” to continue with a new registration.
- Enter your Registration ID, Date of Birth, and request an OTP.
- Verify the OTP and update the required details.
- Review all the changes carefully and click Submit to save the updated information.
Photograph & Signature Details
- Upload a recent colour photograph taken within the last six months in JPEG/JPG format. The file size should be between 50 KB and 100 KB.
- Upload your signature in Hindi or English in JPEG/JPG format (30 KB–50 KB). Write your name in Hindi below the signature in your own handwriting. Signatures in English capital letters will not be accepted.
Important Instructions for Candidates
All candidates must verify that their submitted personal and academic data is accurate and matches their official documents. Please be aware that providing incorrect or falsified information may result in the immediate disqualification of your candidature.
- Completing the One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for applying to future UPSSSC PET and Main Examination recruitments.
- Candidates can register either through a fresh application or by using their PET 2025 registration number.
- Applicants who registered for UPSSSC PET 2025 must complete OTR using their PET 2025 registration number only.
- Enter a valid mobile number and email ID for OTP verification.
- Provide your name, date of birth, parents’ names, state, district, educational qualifications, and address and fill in all details correctly as per your official documents.
- No changes or corrections will be allowed after the OTR registration number is generated.
- Each candidate can have only one OTR registration number. Multiple registrations may result in cancellation of candidature.
- Candidates are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. The Commission will not be responsible for any misuse of login details.
