Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA / M.E./M.Tech / M.Phil / DOEACC B-Level / AMIE or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Physics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
Experience Required
Minimum 4 years of relevant research/development experience in reputed organizations (as on 21 Nov 2022).
Minimum 8 years of relevant research/development experience (as on 21 Nov 2022).
Age Limit (as on 21 Nov 2022)
- Scientist-C: Maximum 35 years
- Scientist-D: Maximum 40 years
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.
