Click on “Download Intimation Letter” / “Download Certificate Verification Call Letter”
Login with your Mobile Number / User ID and Password
View your Intimation Letter → Download and take a clear printout on A4 size paper
Important Note
Affix a recent passport size photograph in the space provided on the printed Intimation Letter. Do not staple the photo — use glue only.
Documents Required for Certificate Verification
Candidates must bring Originals + 2 sets of self-attested photocopies of the following documents:

- Printout of Online Application Form
- Aadhaar Card
Educational & Age Proof
- SSC / 10th Certificate & Marks Memo
- Intermediate / Diploma / Degree / ITI Certificates (as applicable)
- Birth Certificate / SSC for Date of Birth
Reservation & Local Candidature Documents
- Community Certificate (issued on/after 02 June 2014)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC (issued on/after 01 April 2025)
- EWS Income & Asset Certificate
- Study / Bonafide Certificates (4th to 10th class) for Local Status
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Driving Licence / Experience Certificates (as per post)
