Updates on Admit Cards and Exam City Intimation

  • The Exam City/State will be notified to candidates 7 days prior to the examination date.
  • Admit Cards will be issued and available for download 3 days before the date of the examination. No admit cards will be sent by post.

Examination Language Medium

  • Bilingual (English & Hindi): Applicable for all groups where the essential qualification is 10th (Matriculation) or 10+2.
  • English Only: Applicable for posts requiring a Bachelor’s degree or higher, posts requiring specific technical domain knowledge, and combined examinations that feature a mix of these qualifications.

Policy for Tie-Breaking

In the event that two or more candidates achieve identical scores, tie-breaking protocols will be applied in a predefined sequential order.

  • Higher marks in the domain-specific section (80 MCQs).
  • Fewer wrong answers / negative marks.
  • Older age (seniority by Date of Birth).
  • Alphabetical order of the candidate’s name (followed by Father’s and Mother’s name if required).

Guidelines for Skill Tests

  • The Skill Test is strictly qualifying in nature.
  • If a candidate qualifies the CBT but fails the Skill Test, they are not disqualified entirely; they will still be considered for other posts within that same application group that do not require a skill test, subject to merit and choices filled.

Criteria for Category Certificate Validity

  • OBC (NCL) & EWS Certificates: Must be valid for the financial year 2026-2027 and issued between 01 April 2026 and 03 July 2026. If a candidate only has an older certificate during registration, they must upload it along with an acknowledgment slip for renewal, but the new valid certificate must be produced during document verification.

Provisions for PwBD Scribes and Compensatory Time

  • Candidates with benchmark disabilities (e.g., blindness, locomotor disability affecting both arms, or cerebral palsy) are eligible for a scribe and a compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of the examination.
  • If a candidate opts for their own scribe, the scribe’s educational qualification must be matriculation (10th) or below.

Application Correction Window

  • No corrections or modifications to the registration form will be considered through any mode (email/letter) after the specified application deadlines. Any physical documents sent regarding registration will be treated as null and void.

Institute-Specific Age Relaxation Policies

  • AIIMS Bilaspur & AIIMS Raipur: Permit age relaxation of up to 5 years for existing contractual/outsourced employees who have been rendering services in similar or allied positions.
  • Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (CNCI): Contractual employees who have crossed the upper age limit are granted age relaxation equivalent to the exact period of service rendered at CNCI.
