| Management Trainees | Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full-time duration.
Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree (MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS) specializing in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade, or be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). The postgraduate program must be a two-year full-time course with at least 60% aggregate marks. For CA candidates, passing the professional examination and holding an ICAI membership is mandatory. Students currently appearing for their final postgraduate or CA examinations in January 2026, who expect their results within 2026, are eligible to apply. Documentation confirming professional qualification may be submitted upon successful completion of the examinations. The degree must be obtained from a university or institute recognized by the UGC, AICTE, or the Government of India. Please note that qualifications obtained through distance learning, correspondence, part-time courses, or open university systems are not accepted for this recruitment. |
