ESM (Ex-Servicemen) Rule Update

  • The reservation policy for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) has been revised in accordance with the Haryana Government instructions issued on 25.05.2026.
  • Ex-servicemen who have already secured civil employment (including PSUs, autonomous bodies, nationalized banks, etc.) under the ESM reservation quota will not be eligible to claim the reservation again.
  • All eligible ESM candidates must upload the Annexure-A Undertaking while submitting the online application form.

Eligible under new instructions (25.05.2026) → No reapplication is required; however, these candidates must adhere to updated rules and submit an undertaking when requested.

Not eligible under new instructions → Applications will be rejected, and examination fees will be refunded upon submission of a formal request including bank and application details.

Haryana Court Clerk Exam Pattern 2026

The Haryana Court Clerk examination will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). To qualify, candidates are required to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject.

Final Merit List

The final merit list will be determined exclusively based on performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT), following established marking and selection criteria.

Tie-Breaking Criteria

In instances where multiple candidates achieve the same aggregate score, the tie-breaking rules stipulated by the commission will be applied.

  1. Older candidates will be given preference
  2. If the tie remains, alphabetical order of candidate names (A to Z) will be considered
