India Post GDS Joining Process 2026
Following the release of the merit list, shortlisted candidates will be contacted by their respective Divisional or Unit Heads for essential document verification. Upon successful validation, the system will issue a provisional engagement letter.
Shortlisted individuals must complete all mandatory pre-engagement formalities within 30 days of receiving the offer. Final appointment orders for the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) position are issued only after the verification reports are confirmed as satisfactory.

Educational Qualification
