ISRO Eligibility Criteria 2026

Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1 & 5)

• Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10 from a recognised university.

• One year of work experience.

Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4 & 6)

• Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10, or
• Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10.
• English stenography speed of 60 words per minute.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• One year of relevant work experience.

Application Fee

Application fees must be processed online through the Bharatkosh e-Payment Gateway using UPI, Internet Banking, or domestic debit/credit cards.

Candidates appearing for the Written Test/CBT are eligible for a partial or full processing fee refund. Reserved categories (Women, SC/ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen) receive a full refund, while others are entitled to a refund minus the standard Rs 100 application fee.

ISRO Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be placed at a starting basic salary of Rs 25,500 per month (Pay Matrix Level 4). In addition to the basic pay, employees receive standard Central Government perks, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA).
