OICL AO Prelims Exam Pattern 2026

The OICL AO Preliminary Exam is an objective-type test consisting of 100 questions, with each carrying 1 mark. Candidates have a 60-minute duration, with 20 minutes specifically allocated to each of the three sections. Note that a negative marking penalty of 0.25 marks applies to incorrect answers.

OICL AO Mains Exam Pattern 2026

The OICL AO Main Examination features an objective section worth 200 marks and a descriptive paper totaling 30 marks.

Both components are administered online, with the descriptive test immediately following the objective section. A negative marking of 0.25 applies to every incorrect answer in the objective portion.

The objective test comprises five distinct sections, which must be completed within a total of 150 minutes, adhering to the specified sectional time limits outlined below.
