Important Instructions for Candidates

PwD candidates who utilized a scribe during the Preliminary Examination and wish to do so again for the Main Written Examination and Mathematics Test must submit a request with required documentation to [email protected] by 02 July 2026. Note that scribes are not permitted for the Computer Skill Test. Admit cards will be available from 30 June 2026 via the official website, ossc.gov.in.

Photograph & Signature Guidelines

Candidates are required to upload a recent passport-sized photograph and a scanned signature. To avoid application rejection, ensure these files strictly adhere to the commission's prescribed technical specifications.

• The photograph should be recent, clear, and in color.
• It must have a light or white background.
• The candidate’s face should be clearly visible, without a cap or sunglasses.
• The signature must be done on white paper using black or blue ink.
• All images should be uploaded only in the prescribed JPG/JPEG format and within the specified file size

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• The exam will have 200 marks.
• 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
