How to Fill the Form – Step by Step

Follow these simplified steps to finalize your submission before the deadline:

1. Go to rrbapply.gov.in and choose your railway zone.
2. Click on “New Registration” and fill in your name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar number.
3. You will get a Registration ID on your phone and email. Verify it using the OTP. You cannot change your mobile number or email after this step.
4. Click on “Apply/Edit” and carefully fill in all your details.
5. A list of jobs you are eligible for will appear. Choose the ones you want and set your preference order.
6. Go to the Payment section and pay the application fee.
7. Upload your photo and signature in the correct size and format.
8. Click “Final Submit” after checking everything.
9. Save or print the final form for your records.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Requirements: Applicants must possess a 10th-grade pass certificate, an ITI qualification, or an NCVT-certified National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
