Steps to fill out the RRB NTPC UG Application Form 2025

Follow these simplified steps to complete your RRB NTPC online registration efficiently:

  1. Go to the official website of RRB at www.rrbapply.gov.in or use the direct link shared above.
  2. Now, on the homepage, click on the Apply button and then “Create an Account”. Those who have already registered can directly log in and start filling out the application form.
  3. Now, make your registration (if not done), by entering all the required details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.
  4. Carefully check all the details and then submit the registration form.
  5. Registration Number and Password will be sent to you via your registered Phone number and Email ID.
  6. Log in with the same ID, and you can proceed with the NTPC UG Application Form.
  7. Now, enter details like educational qualifications, category (UR/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS), gender, religion, Ex-Serviceman status, PwBD details, minority status, economically backward class status, etc., to complete part I of the application form.
  8. In Part II, candidates need to choose their post preferences and language options.
  9. Now, uplaod signature and photograph in the required dimensions.
  10. Pay the application fee (as applicable) and submit the application form.

RRB NTPC Undergraduate Eligibility Criteria
