The current UKMSSB recruitment drive offers 54 faculty positions, comprising 8 Professor posts and 46 Associate Professor posts across various Government Medical Colleges in Uttarakhand.

The selection process evaluates candidates on a 100-mark scale, covering Paper Publications (20 marks), Professional Experience (20 marks), Additional Educational Qualifications (10 marks), and a formal Interview/Viva-voce (50 marks).
The application fee is ₹2,000 for General and Uttarakhand OBC candidates, and ₹1,000 for EWS, SC, ST, and PwD applicants.
