Prelims Exam Pattern

To qualify for the IBPS Clerk Mains, candidates must secure the minimum sectional cut-off marks defined by IBPS for each of the three Preliminary sections. Based on these thresholds and total vacancy requirements, IBPS selects a specific number of qualified candidates for the online Mains examination.

Negative Marking in Prelims and Mains

A penalty system applies to both the Online Preliminary and Online Main examinations. For every incorrect answer, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted from your total score. Unanswered questions do not incur any penalty.

IBPS Clerk Language Proficiency Test
