SSC CHSL Syllabus 2026

SSC CHSL Tier 1 Syllabus 2026

The Tier 1 examination includes 100 questions from General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, General Reasoning, and English Language sections.

The total marks is 200. Each question carries 2 marks

In the event of a tie in the scores of candidates appearing in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 examinations, the merit ranking will be determined by applying the following criteria sequentially until the tie is resolved:

  1. Total marks of the Tier-II Examination.
  2. Total marks in Tier-I Examination.
  3. Date of birth, with the elder candidates, was placed higher.
  4. Alphabetical order in which the first names of the candidates appear.
