NICL Assistant Probation Period
Selected candidates will undergo a minimum 6-month probation period. During this time, the company will evaluate professional performance and conduct to confirm the candidate's suitability for permanent employment.
Note: Candidates who resign or are terminated during the probation period are required to refund their total salary earned, plus Rs. 25,000 towards the cost of training.
